What does this cover?

Solar Gokart · Szekszárd Ring logos, emblems, distinctive brand graphics, kart liveries, teamwear designs, our images, visual concepts, videos and website text. Third-party brands and content remain subject to the respective rights holders’ terms.

When is permission required?

Prior express written permission is required to reproduce, copy, modify, combine with another brand, publish or distribute these materials, except where use is permitted by law. This includes:

• Quotations, PDFs and presentations, including non-public business proposals addressed to us.
• Websites, social media posts, advertising and printed publications.
• References, partner lists, sponsorship materials and co-branded communications.
• Products, clothing, vehicle graphics and other brand applications.

Availability does not grant permission

Public access to the website, a downloadable image, source attribution, a business discussion, a request for a quotation or receipt of a file does not itself grant permission for these uses.

A presentation must not falsely imply our approval, endorsement, a joint offer or an official partnership. An actual business relationship does not itself authorise the use of our logos or images in references or advertising.

Scope of permission

Permission applies only to the material, purpose, channel, duration and version approved in writing. Alterations, reuse in another document or sublicensing to another party require separate approval unless covered by the original permission.

Sending a request or receiving no reply does not constitute approval. Use may begin only after express written permission has been received.

Statutory exceptions

This notice does not restrict uses permitted by law without consent. Copyright protection applies to individual, original works subject to the statutory requirements. The existence and scope of protection depend on the particular content and the relevant rights.
